Beggars belief, avoid at all costs!
I phoned Now Tv as placed fibre order 8th July and activation due tomorrow, 21st July, Iwas concerned I hadn’t received router that I paid to be posted. Was told the order has been cancelled but no reasons could be given as to why and I need to call tomorrow to arrange a new order which will activate no sooner than 14 days, wholly unacceptable service. To not be told there was an issue until I chases them and my current provider disconnected today as planned so I am unable to work from home as well as use any other internet based items, disgusted doesn’t even come close!

Worse than talktalk
Not prepared to help with internet problems unless you do their job for them, lie about internet speeds even BT said the speed that now were suggesting was wrong and seeing as the line is a BT line seems logical. Couldn't even send picture messages yet Now told me i had 75mbps so must be my phone is broken and all third party internet speed checks..now are liars

I had to give one star as that was the only option, but I would give -20, ….waste of money, not safe for DIASBLED vulnerable people.Disgusting company…..Advisors we’re as helpful as they could be, but in the end,(I don’t want anyone sacked,…they do the best they can to help)….it’s the people in Charge who are responsible,BAD COMPANY, JUST OUT. FOR THE MONEY…and don’t even provide what I paid For.

If I could give a lower score I would
If I could give a lower score I would. It costs more than all other streaming services. You have to pay £5 more just for HD - not even 4K. Disney Plus comes with 4K, Amazon and Netflix do also and still cost less. Especially when you consider Netflix and Amazon each have films and that cost even more on Now.

Genuinely the worst value for money. Game of Thrones cannot save them. It's all one big con to encourage people to get their TV package with the genuinely awful box. It's about time Sky retired and let Amazon, Netflix and Disney purchase their repertoire of films and shows and be done with it.

The worst streaming provider I have ever experienced
I have experienced streaming platforms and still subscribe to some and find Now TV to be the worst and offers little value for money.
Unlike most providers you have to pay separate subscriptions for each category, Movies, TV series, Sport etc.
If you don't want ads before each film or program you watch you have to pay an extra £5 on top of subscription costs.
Apart from a few films most available are old and probably already seen. If you stop watching something 5 or 10 minutes in and seek something better you have to watch another series of ads all over again
I gave up and unsubscribed
They have a poor customer service. When I discovered I was being charged for their so called Boost without ever wanting it I really had to fight for it to be refunded.
I advise anyone to steer clear of this awful company. There are much better providers out there

Signed up for monthly broadband for a flat I rent out on 26th June. Made it clear tenant was moving in on 12th and needed wifi by 13th. They scheduled 11th July and then it has been one excuse or lie after another and 3 weeks later still nothing. 3 different people in Complaints say 3 different things. Compensation is only from a fixed date but they only give you a "provisional" one. Absolutely shocking lack of regard for customers, deadlines or any legal or moral obligation to provide a service paid for. Scam all the way.

10 weeks to set up broadband.
My son has been waiting 10 weeks for broadband installation. So far only promises no delivery. Yesterday in response to your email that an engineer would be coming between 8am and 1pm, he took time off work only for a no show. This is thoroughly shocking when your first promise was delivery on the 23rd May.

Poor website to negotiate
No complaints regarding programmes to view but negotiating the website is a nightmare.
Just want to see what is on Sky Atlantic and Sky max but cannot find them via Entertainment.
Also when watching a programme and need to halt viewing you would expect to see a continue watching ability but no. Just have to reload the programme again and try to find where you left off.
Not impressed just frustrated

Now TV
I signed up for a day to watch the golf for an hour or so. Having followed all the advice received from the appalling on line chat (and subsequent e mails) still no TV just a message telling me I am not online - when I am online (Indeed I was engaged in an online chat with the NOWTV "help" team). "Help" then went missing the day was lost and I was completely unable to utilise the one day pass.
Frustrating as it was - Two days later Now have responded to my complaint satisfactorily and processed a full refund extremely quickly in both cases which is to their credit.

Getting worse by the day...
Been a customer for 5+ years but after culling all the best channels...FX, Discovery & Nat Geo all gone recently & replaced with utter crap like Sky Showcase, Alibi & some pointless american news channel, im done paying for this crap.

You'll now be expected to pay 9.99pm for essentially 1 good channel, Sky History.

Oh & what the f is with having to sit through a full minute of ads when im on demand...what the actual F!!!

9.99pm for 1 channel or simple solution...Install Kodi on your device & use the 9.99 for a takeaway.

The most expensive of the streaming…
The most expensive of the streaming services, and the worst. For one thing, they still make you watch ads. The interface is not as good as others - a bit glitchy and you have to pay separately for the TV / Film packages. If you absolutely must watch something on Now, just get it for a month, binge everything then cancel. Honestly their model seems designed to alienate customers. I'm sure they lose money overall by people being annoyed.
